Overview our Our Payment and Billing Procedures FrontServe clients are expected to keep their accounts up to date at all times. New accounts must pay for their term of service before service is activated on their account.. Accounts with credit card payment terms are charged on their renewal date. For example, an account with a month to month term that was signed up on 4/12 would be charged again on 5/12. The renewal fees continue until the client notifies FrontServe that he/she wished to discontinue their service. In the event that an account up for renewal is declined, the account holder will be notified via e-mail, at the email address supplied. Before your service is activated, your credit card will be charged for service. Your credit card will be charged for authorization and if approved, your service will be activated the same day your order was placed. Your order will be discarded and if you wish to use an alternate form of payment, you will need to submit a new order via our on-line order form. The client will be notified via the e-mail address given, and he or she will be given one week to come up with the payment. After one week, service will discontinued.
