If you are within your first 30 days of service, a complete refund will be given.

If you are outside of your first 30 days of service, there are no refunds on the unused portion of your service cycle. Because we give you a discount for your service cycle, we expect your commitment for the service cycle you choose. To avoid further charges on your account, you must submit your cancellation form at least 15 days in advance of the recurring date.


How do I cancel my account?

To cancel your account please email us at billing@frontserve.com with your domain name, username and password. We recommend that you cancel at least 15 days in advance of the end of your current billing cycle or you will be charged for an additional term without possibility of a refund.
