How does reselling
work?
To begin reselling, you start by ordering your reseller account from FrontServe.com. Once you receive your "Welcome Email", you may login to your Control Panel and start creating your plans and giving them names. Once a customer signs up for your service, you log in to your Control Panel and create their account. They will instantly receive a "Welcome Email" with all of the information they need including a link to their control panel. This is where they will go to administer their website. Once they are logged into Helm, they can manage their own users, subdomains, email addresses, change passwords, and much more without requiring any help from you.
