Payment Methods
FrontServe accepts Visa and MasterCard, checks and money orders. Your account will not be invoiced until your
website is setup,
and from then on, you will be billed accordingly

Control Panel
FrontServe has recently introduced a new web based Control
Panel that allows you to manage many different aspects of your website.
The Control Panel is provided on all of our web hosting plans.

Resell Web Space
Customers cannot reseller or split their web space into other smaller pieces to
host other smaller sites. Each plan accomodates only one ip address, one
email server and one ftp server with its own unique domain name. If a
customer would like to have multiple accounts with their own unique ip adress
and email server; then a new order must be submitted. Resellers can
purchase our plans are reduced rates for as little as $10 a month.

Which web authoring programs do you support?
We support any authoring program capable of publishing via the FTP protocol.
Nearly all contemporary products support this feature. Additionally, we offer
FrontPage extensions installed on every site for no extra fee.

Supported Databases
FrontServe supports Access / FoxPro / DBASE databases on all Plans. A Database
can give a developer the ability to create dynamic website n-tier applications
or store important customer information.

How to transfer files to your site.
You can transfer files either by FrontPage or FTP (File Transfer Protocol).

ColdFusion Server.
Yes, Allaire Cold Fusion is a scripting tool that allows developers fast dynamic
database application creation. Through the use of tags and embedded scripting
languages Cold Fusion Studio is considered by some to be the tool of choice to
graphically build / code these applications.

Access for updating pages.
You can update your pages 24 hours a day, with unlimited access. To make
changes, you simply upload your files to our servers using FTP of FrontPage. Any
changes made to the files will overwrite the information that previously existed
on the servers. The changes will be apparent immediately via your browser.

International Orders.
Yes. FrontServe accepts international orders and can host non-U.S. extensions.
These domains must be registered by the customer since each country has it's own
domain registration authority.

or our services. FrontServe employs technical support 24 hours a day to ensure

Setting up a new account.
To set up a new account, go to our Order Page, type in your credit card number
and other information. Within 24 hours you with receive an email containing your
new account information.
