Importing your database from Access to SQL Server is very similar to moving a SQL Server Database from another provider. You will need to create a DSN or Datasource on your local machine pointing to your local Access database. You will use that Datasource as your source database and when prompted for the destination SQL Server Database use the information provided in the "Website Ready" email.
